La Casa Hogar Los Gorriones is looking for qualified volonteers in the following areas:
- A volunteer coordinator (minimum 6 months)
- An education coordinator (minimum 6 months)
- Educators and teachers (minimum 3 months continuously)
- French and English teachers (minimum 3 months continuously)

- Recruit and welcome the new volunteers
- Link between the volunteers and the workforce of la Casa Hogar
- Plan the work days for the volunteers

Education coordinator (minimum 6 months)
Requirement
- Degree in school teaching
- Previous experience with disabled children
- Previous experience in team management
Responsibilities
- plan the education projects of la “Casa Hogar”
- inform the volunteers about the background of each child of la “Casa Hogar”
- organise and develop education programs adapted to each child of la “Casa Hogar” in colaboration with the social worker
- supervise the work done by the volunteers with the children of la “Casa Hogar”
- work on the follow up and progress of each child of la "Casa Hogar"

Responsibilities
- Responsible of the organization, the development and the progress of the French and English classes
- Teaching languages – French and English (Basic, intermediate and conversation) to the people of Ayacucho
- School monitoring in English for the children of la Casa Hogar and other organisations
